On certain Windows machines using ARM-based processors (such as Snapdragon chips), users may experience missing or non-functional statistics columns in FastTrack for Windows — including Standard Deviation, Sharpe Ratio, and Beta.
FastTrack was originally built for x86 (Intel/AMD) processor architectures. On ARM-based Windows laptops, the operating system uses emulation to run traditional desktop apps. However, some legacy components in FastTrack may not behave correctly under this emulation layer.
These architectural differences can silently break parts of the software — most notably statistical calculations in FT4Web.
One user successfully resolved the issue by manually setting FastTrack to run in a safer emulation mode. This approach forces compatibility and restores normal function.
This workaround may not be officially supported by Microsoft, but it has proven effective in restoring statistical functionality in FT4Web for ARM-based users.
